Todd proved an invaluable resource and team member when our project team needed someone with landscape architect skills to work on developing right-of-way standards for NW Pettygrove Green Street in the Pearl District. Todd provided timely, clear and attractive displays that greatly helped the community visualize options and technicians to assess impacts and trade offs. He was instrumental in helping us think through and developing several options, using a variety of computer software to fit each task, that we would have otherwise not considered. His knowledge of stormwater management techniques, streetscape and trees greatly improved our ability to think outside the box yet arrive at realistic, implementable solutions. The end result was a very good collaborative process where, with limited resources, we finished our process on time and with an outcome that pleased all stakeholders.

I highly recommend working with Todd. He’s friendly and pleasing to work with, works very hard under pressure and to meet deadlines, has a great sense of teamwork and delivers very high quality products.

Todd did an outstanding job in helping develop a master plan for Ashley Meadows in North Clackamas County. His participation in planning and implementing a meaningful and engaging public involvement process helped set a new standard for the district. His responsiveness and ability to craft workable design solutions resulted in a beautiful and safe park to meet the needs of the surrounding community. I would gladly work with him again.

At PlaceMaking Todd played an important role on some projects which are notable for the technical and political complexity, the multi-disciplinary scope, and magnitude of the challenge we faced... He also brings a key skill, the ability to question underlying assumptions in pursuit of a better outcome.
